The Wombats have finished their preparations for the Dodgeball World Championships and are ready to take on the world. The itinerary for the tournament has been released and can be viewed here. The Wombats will take the court in the stinger division at 9:15am. They will then have a break until the afternoon when they take the court at 2pm and play through until 5:20 pm.

In the last week, it hasn’t been all smooth sailing for the wombats. Delayed flights, a broken hand and a strained back almost forced the Wombats to forfeit before the competition start. Veteran dodgeball commentator Cotton McKnight, who has been with the Wombats since they arrived in Las Vegas said “In all my years of broadcasting, I’ve seen this once before – the legendary Average Joe’s back in ’94. Las Vegas is a town famous for it’s happy endings, but happy endings cost extra here and I think the Wombats have just settled their bill.”
